The Friday of Spring Break we went for a hike with our good friends, the Walkers. Here are the kids at the trail head to Johnson's Arch in Snow Canyon.

It was a beautiful day for a hike.
Part of the way we hiked along the upper edge of this gorge.

This is Johnson's Arch. It sits near the end of the trail (probably 30 minutes into a 40 minute hike), high up on the right. I know I have done this hike before, but I'm not sure I ever noticed the arch!
The trail actually ended at a pool of water surrounded by rocks and dessert at the bottom of this canyon. We liked this little "elephant" arch.
Katie played in the sand and posed for the camera (above) while Phil and the kids explored the far side of the pond (below).
Katie is not the only one who knows how to pose. See Ryan, 11, above and Jack, 5, with Katie, 3, below.
Jack and Alayna beat us to the end of the trail where they waited patiently.

Yay! I am so excited to be able to get to your blog, so I hope that is ok! It looks so warm there, I am jealous! Cute pictures and very cute kids! Hope everyone is doing well.
