Back to school. It was a fun summer. Daddy went on a lot of trips with us. But I worked too much at the end, and I am so excited to be back in a routine and getting things done!

School shopping. This summer we decided to give Ryan and Madddie money each month to pay for their clothes and shoes and lunches. Ryan wanted to document some of his favorite finds.

You are a handsome boy.

Maddie is first out the door each morning at 7:15 now that the bus stop is right across the street from us. She and Aubri have already had one day where they showed up at the bus stop in basically the same outfit with the same hair style! I think it's ok to look like your friend when she's so cute!

Ryan is next out the door each morning just before 8. I can't believe I have a high schooler!

Then it's just me and these two goof balls until 8:30 when they run to catch their bus as it heads up the street.

Jack, I'm afraid you've inherited my time management skills (meaning: you're always late).

Cute though . . .

I also can't believe my baby is in first grade.

I only had to stay in Jack's class this year for half the day! You probably could have gone on your own, but neither of us saw any reason to risk that. I got a little teary as I walked from the elementary school that day knowing you're all growing up, and I was going home to an empty house. But I wouldn't have it any other way.

Life is pretty fun right now.
